Interagency Alternative Dispute Resolution Working Group

WELCOME to the homepage of the federal government’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Working Group.  Congress and the President established the Working Group to coordinate, promote, and facilitate the effective use of ADR throughout the federal government pursuant to the Administrative Dispute Resolution Act of 1996 and a White House Presidential Memorandum.
