WASHINGTON, D.C. - “I send my condolences to the people of the United Kingdom and those who have been injured or have lost loved ones in this morning’s attack. The Department of Justice, including the FBI, has informed the British authorities that we stand ready to assist them in any way possible. We will continue working vigilantly to protect our Nation and the American people.”

“The unprovoked attacks in London show an enemy that is trying to destroy freedom and democracy by targeting innocent human life. The enemy will not succeed. We will prevail in the war on terror.”
