Enclosed please find a corrected comment by the ICC, the International Chamber of Commerce, and the USCIB, United States Council for International Business. This corrected comment is offered in substitution for the comment submitted December 14, 2006 in response to the Federal Register Notice of 7 April 2006 soliciting comments from the public on Antitrust issues accepted for study by the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice. 71 Fed. Reg. 17,872. The only differences between this and the filed versions are in the formatting - the title has been revised for ease of translation to other languages and a footer removed at the end. No text has changed.
