District of Columbia law requires real estate brokers to present written offers or counter offers to and from the seller and to and from the buyer, even if consumers do not wish to buy these services.

  • District of Columbia Official Code §47-2853.191, §47-2853.192 requiring real estate brokers to present “in a timely manner all written offers or counter offers to and from the seller and to and from the buyer, even when the property is already subject to a contract of sale.” There is no waiver to this provision.
