From: resales@smart.net [mailto:resales@smart.net] To Whom it May Concern: Having spent nearly 20 years in the retail industry, which I thought was the model of competition, I began to work in the real estate industry, namely in sales. The retail industry is competitive, but not to any degree near the competitive nature of our industry. We must compete on the agent to agent level as well as the company to company level. Consumers truly have been the winners! Additionally we compete against the very consumers I just spoke about in that they, too, can sell be themselves. I can not understand how the DOJ can state otherwise. Regards, David McIlvaine |
