     We write to correct a date in Appellants' Reply In Support
Of Motion To Schedule Argument In No.        05-5269 Before The Panel
Hearing Argument In No.  05-5388        (filed Feb. 1, 2006) . The reply
stated that briefing in No.  05-5269 would be completed on
February 3.   Although the government filed its final briefs on
February 3,  a week after the filing of the joint appendix,       the
scheduling order gives the parties until February 10 to file
their final briefs.   We apologize for the mistake.
