INTERIOR DEFENDANTS’ NOTICE OF FILING OF DEPARTMENTOF THE INTERIOR ORGANIZATIONAL CHARTSDuring the recently-concluded evidentiary hearing, the Court requested that InteriorDefendants provide the Court with an organizational chart. Pursuant to that request, InteriorDefendants enclose an organizational chart for the entire Department of the Interior, as well as asecond chart that shows the organizational structure of the Office of the Special Trustee. Thefirst is a version of the organizational chart found in Department Manual 105 DM2, modified toreflect the positions of the Associate Deputy Secretary and the Assistant Deputy Secretary. Thesecond is a version of the organizational chart taken from the web page for the Office of theSpecial Trustee, modified to note a recent change in the reporting structure of the Office ofHistorical Trust Accounting.
