Jimmy Joe Ross Latimer

On May 25, 2007, Jimmy Joe Ross Latimer was charged in a criminal complaint with one count of wire fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1343), with a telemarketing fraud enhancement (18 U.S.C. § 2326).

Jimmy Joe Ross Latimer surrendered and has been released on bond. Latimer pled guilty on October 25, 2007 before Magistrate Judge David C. Keesler to one count of conspiracy and one count of wire fraud. Sentencing is set for August 18, 2008 at 10:45 a.m.
