| 9:15 - 12:00 | Breakout into groups with facilitators to analyze complaint. Each facilitator will arrange for a BREAK |

| 1:00 - 2:00 | Discussion of issues with general audience by each group setting forth complaint allegations, potential violations, questions to be answered, and data needed to answer questions |
| 2:00 - 3:15 | Breakout into groups to analyze respondents response to data request |

| 3:30 - 4:30 | Presentation of results of analysis by each group to the general audience |
| 4:30 - 5:00 | Discussion with trainers on your response to the course, what could be improved, and how you would change it |
