• Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, 22 U.S.C. § 2314(g)
  Granting defense articles or training to foreign countries.  Prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, national origin, sex, or religion against U.S. persons participating in the furnishing of this assistance even if that country has a policy or practice of such discrimination.
