  Covers programs for the transition of persons from homelessness.   Prohibits discrimination based on sex and religion.

• Public Health Service Act of 1944, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 300w-7
  Covers programs funded under the Preventive Health and Health Services Block Grants.  Prohibits discrimination based on age, handicap, race, color, national origin, and religion.
• ADAMHA Services Reorganization Act, 42 U.S.C. § 300x-57
  Covers programs funded under Block Grants regarding Mental Health and Substance Abuse.  Prohibits discrimination based on age, handicap, sex (including, in the case of a women, on the ground that the woman is pregnant), race, color, national origin, or religion.
• Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant, 42 U.S.C. § 708
  Covers programs under the Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant.  Prohibits discrimination based on age, handicap, sex, race, color, national origin, or religion.
• Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Act of 1981, 42 U.S.C. § 8625
  Covers programs providing low income energy assistance.  Prohibits discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex, age, or with respect to an otherwise qualified handicapped individual.
• Community Economic Development Act of 1981, 42 U.S.C. § 9821

• Multiethnic Placement Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 1996b
  Covers adoption programs.  Prohibits denial of the opportunity to become an adoptive or foster parent based on the race, color , or national origin of the individual or child involved, also includes delay or denial of placement for adoption or foster care based on the race, color, or national origin, of the adoptive or foster parent , or of the child, involved.
• Community Schools Youth Services and Supervision Grant Program Act of 1994, 42 U.S.C. § 13791(g)(3)
  Covers programs funded under the Family and Community Endeavor Schools Grant Program.  Prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or disability. 
• Family Violence Prevention and Service Act, 42 U.S.C. § 10406
  Covers programs concerning family violence prevention and services.   Prohibits discrimination based on age, handicap, race, color, national origin, sex, and religion.
• Public Telecommunications Financing Act, 47 U.S.C. § 398(b)
  Covers assistance for planning and construction of public telecommunications facilities.  Prohibits discrimination in employment based on race, color, religion, national origin, or sex.
