Denver Area Red Ribbon Events

October 15th
Red Ribbon Week kick-off will be at Timberline Elementary School, Castle Pines, CO - The Colorado National Guard will conduct a fly-in to the school. Presenters at this event will be SA Michael Moore, Colorado Rapids Mascot, Rapids Cheerleaders, Miss Colorado, and members of the Colorado National Guard.

October 16th - October 26th
We will team up with the Colorado National Guard to conduct fly ins to 68 Elementary, Middle and High schools throughout the state - specific schools and dates are to be determined.

Wyoming
Wyoming Red Ribbon Events will take place October 22-26th, 2007. The event will kick-off with a Ceremony on the front lawn of the Mayor's office in Cheyenne.

Scheduled events are as follows:

October 22nd
Kick-off at 9am

October 23rd
Blackhawk landings at Carey Junior High followed by drug demmand reduction assembly.

October 24th
Carey Jr. High demand reduction assembly and freedom parade.

October 25th
National Guard C-130 Tours and assembly for 3-6th grades.

October 26th
Red Ribbon Wrap-Up at Taco Johns Events Center including:

Halloween Ice Skating Night.
Information Booths - DARE, SDFSC, CAN Program, Laramie K-9 Unit, Wyoming National Guard Counter-Drug.
