in Red Ribbon Week. Grand prize is an expense-paid trip to Washington,
D.C., for two students and a teacher from the winning school,

Karen Tandy with quilts that students in the "Say No Club" at
Crosby Elementary School in Harrison, Ohio, put together to celebrate
Red Ribbon Week. Students in the club created squares depicting
things they like to do instead of using drugs, and the school
principal stitched the squares together. The quilts will be displayed
at DEA's Headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. |

and members of the Arkansas National Guard teamed up to kick-off
Red Ribbon
Celebrations in Perryville Arkansas. After National Guard Pilots
arrived via helicopter, Perryville High School students (260) were
encouraged to climb the 40 foot climbing wall operated by the National
Guard Drug Demand Reduction Staff. Lastly, students received a
Red Ribbon Demand Reduction presentation by Guard Specialists and
Special Agent Warzecha. |
