on the Conviction of Michael Chia

“More than 17 years after tragedy struck the DEA family, Michael Chia’s involvement in the cold-blooded and senseless murder of two of our bravest agents has once again been proven beyond a reasonable doubt, and his continued incarceration secured. We will always grieve the loss of Special Agents Paul Seema and George Montoya and remember the serious injuries suffered by Special Agent Jose Martinez. Their sacrifice for America and its future generations will never be forgotten,” said DEA Administrator Karen P. Tandy.
