Three More Defendants from the Owensboro D-Block Crack Cocaine Conspiracy Sentenced
Desmond Morton, Sentenced to 5 Years; Damien Thrusten Sentenced to 3 Years 5 Months; Mario Palmer, aka "Peezy" sentenced to 2 Years; Five other co-defendants were previously sentenced to a total of 23 years in March

APR 28 -- OWENSBORO, KY - Desmond Morton, a/k/a "Dez", age 24, of 2755 West 9 th Street, Damien Thruston, age 26, of 2616 West 9 th Street, and Mario Palmer, a/k/a “Peezy”, age 28, of 816 Jackson Street, were each sentenced for their involvement with the “D-Block” crack cocaine conspiracy indictment involving 14 defendants that was filed on August 22, 2007, U.S. Attorney David L.
