friendly page] 14 Arrested In Crossville, Tenn. On Drug Charges JUL 13 -- Nashville, TN - July 13, 2007 - Craig S. Morford, United States Attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee, announced the unsealing of a twelve-count indictment charging sixteen defendants with trafficking in controlled substances relating to narcotics activity in the Crossville, Tennessee area. The 12 count indictment was unsealed yesterday after federal, state, and local law enforcement agents arrested 14 of the 16 defendants in and around Crossville, Tennessee. Two of the named defendants in the indictment had previously been arrested on criminal complaints and ordered detained by a US magistrate judge. The charged defendants are as follows: ROGACIANO JUAREZ-ROSAS, ENRIQUE HERNANDEZ a/k/a Kiki, FELIPE BARTOMOME DIEGO, ELIAZAR LEON-ARVIZU a/k/a Bambino, RONALD E. LYNCH, WILLIAM GRAHAM, JEREMY M. BRANNUM, RAUL AVALOS FERNANDEZ, SANTOS MERAS TORRES, JOSE LUIS RODRIGUEZ, CARLOS ALBERTO AGDALENOFUENTES, JASON B. BYNUM, ISSAC JOVAN RODRIGUEZ, SERVANDO GALVAN a/k/a Carlos Morales, TRAVIS LEE COLEMAN, and TAYLOR JAMES CUNY. The fourteen defendants appeared before United States Magistrate Judge Joe Brown. Eight of the defendants were ordered temporarily detained until bond hearings are held. The bond hearings are scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday of next week. The investigation was handled by the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, the Crossville Police Department, the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office, the Thirteenth Judicial District Drug Task Force, and the, and the United States Marshals Service. The public is reminded that the charges in the indictment are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. ###
