Release [print friendly page] Man Sentenced to 8 Years in Prison JAN 19 -- MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – Sheldon J. Sperling, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced today that CLIFFORD LAMONT DRISKELL, age 25, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 97 months imprisonment, 48 months supervised release, and ordered to pay a Special Assessment fee of $100.00 for each count. The sentences are to run concurrent. “DRISKELL pled guilty in September 2006 to Possession with Intent to Distribute and Distribution of Cocaine Base, and Possession with Intent to Distribute and Distribution of Phencyclidine (PCP), in violation of Title 21, United States Code, 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(A),” recalled U.S. Attorney Sperling. “The charges arose from an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration, Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, and the Muskogee Police Department,” observed U.S. Attorney Sperling. “The Honorable James H. Payne, United States District Judge in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, presided over today’s sentencing.
