Bowling Green Man Indicted On Drug Charges
$24,000 worth of crack, ecstasy pills and meth

OCT 17 -- BOWLING GREEN, KY - A federal grand jury in Louisville returned an indictment against Dominique Jamaal Todd, a/k/a Kilo Escobar, age 21, of 369 Paddlewheel Drive, Bowling Green, Kentucky, in Warren County, on multiple charges of possession with intent to distribute and distribution of crack cocaine and ecstacy, and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, U.S. Attorney David L. Huber of the Western District of Kentucky announced today.

The Indictment alleges the following: that on or about August 3 and August 7, 2007, in Warren County, Todd knowingly and intentionally possessed with the intent to distribute and distributed 50 grams or more of crack cocaine, worth at least $10,000 (total); that on or about August 15, 2007, he knowingly and intentionally possessed with the intent to distribute and distributed approximately 200 pills of ecstacy, worth at least $4,000 on the street; and that on or about August 23, 2007, in Warren County, he knowingly and intentionally possessed with the intent to distribute 50 grams or more of crack cocaine ($5,000 approximate street value), 50 grams or more of methamphetamine ($5,000 approximate street value), and approximately 35 pills of ecstacy, worth at least $700 on the street.

In the event of a conviction, the maximum potential penalties are life imprisonment, a $16,000,000 fine, and supervised release for a period of at least five years.

The case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Daniel P. Kinnicutt, and it was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Todd is scheduled to appear for arraignment before the United States Magistrate Judge on November 7, 2007, at 9:30 a.m., in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
