The New York Field Division provided the delegates with a tour of the New York Field Division, demand reduction, intelligence and administrative briefings while discussing the importance of vigilance to disrupt the international drug trade. The Russian guests received briefings from the Organized Crime Strike Force and the New York Drug Enforcement Task Force. Both the Strike Force and the DETF were cornerstones of their training. The delegates were extremely impressed with how well the task forces cooperatively work together to produce successful operations. The delegation ended their tour of New York with agents escorting them through New York to visit the Empire State Building and view the city.
