GSA Signs New Lease For Buffalo DEA Office

NOV 29 -- (New York City) - The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) announced today that it has successfully negotiated and signed a new lease for the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) to relocate to the Electric Tower at 535 Washington Street. Following build-out of the new space, DEA will move in early summer.

GSA awarded a 10-year firm term lease to Iskalo Electric Tower Master Tenant, LLC for 26,584 rentable square feet of space, which will provide DEA with expansion space, as well as 52 parking spaces.

With DEA’s move to its new site, all federal tenants will have left the Guaranty Building. In October the IRS moved to approximately 13,000 rentable square feet of space at the Olympic Towers, 300 Pearl Street in downtown Buffalo after GSA signed a lease with Elman Buffalo Associates, LLC.
