ENRD is committed to ensuring that small businesses can contribute to the Department's mission. The Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization is responsible for promoting the use of small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, HUBZone certified businesses, woman-owned small businesses, and small businesses owned and controlled by service-disabled veterans in procurements throughout the department.
