The following organizations and attorneys provide free legal services and/or referrals for such services to indigent individuals in immigration removal proceedings, pursuant to 8 CFR §1003.61. Some of these organizations may also charge a nominal fee for legal services to certain low income individuals.

Call 404 885-7461. Will not take cases involving drugs, aggravated felonies, fraud, or persons convicted of spouse or child abuse or child neglect. Will charge nominal fee except for no fee for the homeless, detained, juvenile, and VAWA clients only. Small consultation fee, other services are billed on a sliding scale.
