LIST OF FREE LEGAL SERVICES PROVIDERS



The following organizations and attorneys provide free legal services and/or referrals for such services to indigent individuals in immigration removal proceedings, pursuant to 8 CFR §1003.61. Some of these organizations may also charge a nominal fee for legal services to certain low income individuals.

  • Will not represent criminals.
  • Represents Wyoming residents only.
  • All potential applicants are subject to waiting list requirements and income eligibility guidelines.
  • Will only represent aliens in immigration proceedings.
  • Will not assist in filling out DHS application forms such as visas.
