Visitor Information
The Baltimore Immigration Court is located at the corner of Lombard and Hopkins in the George H. Fallon Federal Building at 31 Hopkins Plaza, Suite 440. For Directions to the Court, please click here.
The Immigration Court is open to receive documents for filing from 7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each business day. Documents are not accepted after 4:00 p.m. The window remains open until 5:00 p.m. for all other purposes. The Court does not have a drop box for after hours filing.

The Department of Homeland Security is also located in the Fallon Federal Building. Application fees are paid on the 1st floor and documents for the DHS Trial Attorneys can be filed on the 7th floor.
Entering the Fallon Federal Building
All persons entering the Fallon Federal Building are required to pass through
a magnetometer, present a photo I.D, and wear a visitor's badge while in the
building. The Immigration Court is located on the 4th floor.
