Detained Aliens and Bond Redeterminations
The Court will generally conduct bond redetermination hearings at 8:30 a.m. every day at the GEO detention facility in Aurora. Requests for bond hearings will be held as expeditiously as possible.

Transcripts, Review of Hearing Tape(s), Review of Records of Proceedings
The Court will not provide transcripts of hearings unless a case has been appealed. Arrangements can be made for a party to review the hearing tape(s) provided such requests are submitted in writing at least one work day prior to the desired review time. In addition, copies of tapes will be provided if a request is made in writing. Telephonic requests will not be considered.
Requests to review records of proceedings can be made in writing or telephonically. Requests should be made twenty-four hours in advance.
