The Denver, Colorado and Wackenhut Detention Facility (Aurora) courts are open to accept filings Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.; filings will not be accepted after 4:00 p.m. All filings for hearings in Denver, Colorado and Cañon City, Colorado must be made at the office in Denver. All filings for hearings at the Wackenhut Detention Facility in Aurora, Colorado must be made at the office in Aurora. The Court does not accept any documents by fax. The court staff cannot provide telephone or copying services, nor message services for the DHS District Counsel. Public telephones are available on the first floor of the federal building for the Denver Court and in the Security/Control room at the Wackenhut Court in Aurora.

Building Policies: All individuals who enter the Byron G. Rogers Federal Building must pass through and clear a magnetometer. You must also have a valid picture ID to enter the building.
Building Directions: The U.S. Immigration Court for Denver is located in the Byron G. Rogers Federal Building at 1961 Stout St., Room 1403, Denver, Colorado. We are at 19th and Stout, between 19th and 20th streets. From I-70 West, go to I-25 North, exit at 20th street, turn left, go to Blake, turn right at Blake to 19th, turn left on 19th to Stout. From I-25 South, take the Colfax exit, turn left, go to Kalamath, turn left, stay on Kalamath until it turns into Stout. For your convenience, we have also provided a link to a free mapping service.
