General Information Regarding Attorney Visits

VISITING HOURS:

Monday through Friday except Federal holidays: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Weekends: 8:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m.

Attorneys should request client visitation in writing at least 24 hours in advance of the visit on their office letterhead. The request must include the attorney's bar number, the date and time of the requested visit, the name and alien registration number (A#) of their client. If not pre-printed on the letterhead, include phone and fax numbers.

Telefax transmission of the attorney visit request is authorized. The fax should be sent to (520) 466-7750, Attn: Warden's Secretary.

IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Every visitor, 16 years of age, or older, must have a legal picture ID to enter. Proper ID consists of one of the following:
• Law enforcement identification card, with a current photo, signature and agency seal.
• Valid state drivers license, with current photo.
• Current passport, if alien status.
• Form I-551, alien registration card.
• State ID/Military ID.

CELLULAR PHONES ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE FACILITY.

ALL ITEMS ENTERING THE VISITING ROOM WILL BE THOROUGHLY SEARCHED AND VISUALLY INSPECTED BY THE FRONT ENTRANCE OFFICER PRIOR TO ADMISSION. LOCKERS ARE PROVIDED FOR STORAGE OF VISITOR'S PERSONAL ITEMS, ETC., AT A PRICE OF 25 CENTS PER LOCKER.

SUSPENSION OF VISITING PRIVILEGES:

Any inmate/detainee or visitor (including attorneys) who introduces drugs, or any other prohibited item into the facility, is subject to removal or suspension of visitation privileges and prosecution at the discretion of the Warden.
