Record and Tape Requests
Requests to review a file can be made in person or in writing as long as the following requirements are met: a) you are the respondent; b) you are one of the attorneys/representatives for the respondent; or c) you have the written permission of the respondent to review the record.
Copies of hearing tapes must be made in writing and must adhere to the requirements above. Blank audio tapes must accompany the request.
Compact Disk Request – Copies of a digitally recorded hearing will be distributed on a compact disk and will be in the “Advanced” copy format. The court is responsible for providing the disks.
