Local News: May 05, 2008 - A high level sex offender who had fled the state to avoid arrest was captured late Saturday morning in downtown Tucson, AZ by U.S. Marshals. Shane G. Vaudry, 32, was arrested on May 3, 2007 at the Greyhound bus station after returning to Arizona from North Carolina. Vaudry was wanted by the Benson Police Department for failing to update his sex offender registration and also had an outstanding Tucson Police Department warrant. More District News
