District News: May 13, 2009 - United States Marshal Federico L. Rocha of the Northern District of California announces the arrest of Juan Morales Jauregui. On May 7, 2009 Juaregui, age 38, was arrested in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico on a federal arrest warrant for violation of 18 U.S.C 1073 (Flight to avoid prosecution). Jauregui was transported to a prison in Mexico City where he will undergo extradition proceedings to the United States. Read More |
