District News: January 14, 2008 - The U.S. Marshals First State Fugitive Task Force arrested Kenneth Henderson Miller, 49 years old, at approximately 8:00am on January 14, 2008. Miller was wanted for being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Breaking and Entering, and Robbery. The charges all stemmed from a September 21, 2007 home invasion robbery that Miller allegedly committed in Newport News, Virginia. Read More
