  • August 29, 2008 - Fugitive Victor Sotelo, one of eight prisoners who escaped from the Curry County Adult Detention Center Sunday night, is back in custody. Sotelo was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Southwest Investigative Fugitive Task Force late last night at an apartment in the 1200 block of Ortiz Street in Southeast Albuquerque.
  • March 21, 2008 - On March 20, 2008 at approximately 4:30 pm, Deputy U.S. Marshals arrested Reginald Cooper at the Greyhound Bus Depot in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Cooper, 32 years of age, was taken into custody based upon an arrest warrant issued in Maryland charging him with Attempted Murder (Firearm).
