Wanted by U.S. Marshals - Cesar Armando Laurean    

Cesar Armando Laurean is wanted by the Onslow County Sheriffs Department for the alleged murder of Maria Lauterbach, who was pregnant at the time of her death.

Laurean has also been charged with a federal warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. Laurean is a naturalized citizen of the United States and a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps assigned to Camp Lejeune in North Carolina.

Lauren is described as a white (Hispanic), male, born on November 13, 1986, with brown eyes and black hair. He is 5’-9”, weighs approximately 160 pounds, and has tattoos on both upper arms.
