Indiana Man Pleads Guilty to Transporting Child Pornography Charles Robert Gorby, 34, pleaded guilty today in Terre Haute, Ind., to one count of transporting child pornography. A forensic examination of Gorby's computer revealed several e-mails between Gorby and other Internet users in which child pornography was exchanged. (Read More) | Lobbyist Pleads Guilty to Destroying Evidence in Public Corruption Investigation Cecelia Grimes, a partner in a Pennsylvania-based lobbying firm, pleaded guilty today to destruction of evidence. According to the evidence presented at the plea hearing, Grimes was a registered lobbyist whose firm submitted requests for appropriations to the office of a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives. on Brown Mackie College Campuses The Department entered a settlement agreement today with the Education Management Corporation (EDMC) under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children® (NCMEC) and
the Ad Council have partnered to produce the following Public Service
Announcements (PSA’s) in an ongoing initiative to protect America’s
youth. Further, the Project Safe Childhood Web site provides information
to our federal, state, and local community partners that will help protect
our children from online exploitation and abuse.
