The Northern District of Alabama is made up of 31 counties broken down into 7 Divisions:
The Northwest Division includes Lauderdale, Colbert, and Franklin Counties.
The Northeast Division encompasses Lawerence, Limestone, Morgan, Madison, Cullman, and Jackson Counties.
The Middle Division covers Marshall, DeKalb, Cherokee, Etowah, and St. Clair Counties.
The Jasper Division consists of Lamar, Marion, Fayette, Winston, and Walker Counties.
The Southern Division is made up of Jefferson, Blount, and Shelby Counties.
The Eastern Division is contains Talladega, Calhoun, Cleburne, and Clay Counties.
The Western Division consists of Sumter, Greene, Pickens, Tuscaloosa, and Bibb Counties.
