Community Prosecution in the Sixth Police District

Community Prosecutor Patricia McBride and Community Outreach Specialist Brenda Horner work out of the Sixth Police District. Our Community Prosecution team forms a vital link between the U.S. Attorney’s Office, victims of crime and concerned citizens. Focusing on neighborhoods in the Seventh District, the Community Prosecution team addresses public safety and quality of life issues, ensuring safer neighborhoods for all.

The Court Report

The Court Report discusses crimes that have occurred in your neighborhood, lists the names and locations of all persons arrested and charged, and provide updates on criminal convictions and sentencings.

Nuisance Properties Abatement Program in the Sixth Police District

The U.S. Attorney’s Office has aggressively identified and abated nuisance properties, which create an environment that allow crime and violence to fester in our neighborhoods.

Community Meetings in the Sixth Police District

Last year, our prosecutors and staff attended well over 900 community meetings, community festivals, health fairs, job fairs, public safety workshops and numerous other community events. We welcome the opportunity to attend your community events.
