The Special Litigation Section maintains copies of all pleadings filed and decisions rendered in civil FACE cases in which the United States is a party. In addition, the Appellate Section of the Civil Rights Division has created a brief bank, both in computer and hard copy form, containing pleadings and briefs filed in FACE matters in which the United States is or was a party or has otherwise participated. The Special Litigation Section also has research memoranda on various issues relating to civil FACE cases. The Special Litigation Section has created a series of questions that can be used as a guide when interviewing individuals about alleged violations of FACE.
