LOUISVILLE COUPLE INDICTED FOR DISTRIBUTING ANABOLIC STEROIDS
LOUISVILLE, KY - A federal grand jury in Louisville returned an indictment against Jamesy Havens, age 32, and his wife, Crystal Knuckles, age 21, both of Louisville, Kentucky, in Jefferson County, on charges of conspiring to distribute anabolic steroids, U.S. Attorney David L. Huber of the Western District of Kentucky announced today.
The Indictment alleges that on between January 1, 2007, and May 28, 2008, Havens and Knuckles conspired with others to distribute anabolic steroids throughout the Louisville metro area.
In the event of a conviction, the maximum potential penalties are 5 years imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, and supervised release for a period of no less than 2 years.
The case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney David Weiser, and it was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Agency and the Food and Drug Administration.
Both defendants are scheduled to appear for arraignment before the United States Magistrate Judge on July 22, 2008, at 9:30 a.m., in Louisville, Kentucky.

only and that person is presumed innocent until and unless
proven guilty.
