Potential victims of this crime may include individuals who suffered direct harm for which they were not reimbursed as the result of the unauthorized use of their credit card or debit card after previous use of the card at BJ’s Whole Sale Club, DSW, OfficeMax, Boston Market, Barnes and Noble, Sports Authority, Forever 21 and TJX Companies between 2003 - 2006. If you believe you are or may be a victim of this crime, contact the financial institution which issued your credit card or debit card to discuss your concern and close any accounts you know or believe may have been compromised.

Consumer Reporting Agencies and Fraud Alerts (Not Government Agencies)
To place a fraud alert on your credit report, call the toll-free number or go to the website for one of the three major nationwide consumer reporting agencies. The credit bureaus are not government agencies. Fraud alerts can help prevent an identity thief from opening additional accounts in victims’ names. As soon as one credit bureau confirms the fraud alert, the other two credit bureaus will automatically be notified to place fraud alerts.
