Commencing on Monday, April 20, 2009, First Assistant U.S. Attorney Michael K. Loucks is serving as Acting United States Attorney under the Vacancy Reform Act. Mr. Loucks has been a federal prosecutor in this Office since June 1985, and has served as First Assistant U.S. Attorney since April 2005.
