Gross announced today. He was joined in the announcement by Special Agent-in-Charge Maurice Aouate, Internal Revenue Service, Criminal Investigation Division (IRS CID).
At his plea, Harroun admitted failing to report more than $450,000 in taxable income on his Federal income tax returns between 2000 and 2003. His willful under reporting of income resulted in a tax loss of over $150,000 to the U.S. Treasury during those tax years.
