STEVEN JOHN POMEROY FOUND NOT GUILTY IN U.S. FEDERAL COURT
Bill Mercer, United States Attorney for the District of Montana, announced today that on February 27, 2007, in Helena, after a 3-day federal district court trial before Senior U.S. District Judge Charles C. Lovell, STEVEN JOHN POMEROY, a 48-year-old resident of Canyon Creek, was found not guilty of all charges..
POMEROY had been charged with receipt and possession of child pornography.
