KIP CRAIG WILSON FOUND NOT GUILTY IN U.S. FEDERAL COURT
Bill Mercer, United States Attorney for the District of Montana, announced today that on March 26, 2008, in Billings, after a 11/2-day federal district court trial before Chief U.S. District Judge Richard F. Cebull, KIP CRAIG WILSON, age 41, was found not guilty. WILSON had been charged with assault resulting in serious bodily injury.
