LECC Function
An important function of the LECC is to provide no-cost training on various topics for law enforcement. Many of the training seminars are intended to assist line-level officers. The various LECC seminars attract over 200 law enforcement officials who learn about subjects ranging from child abuse to computer crime investigative techniques.
