OPERATION STREETSWEEPER
Funded through a budget earmark supported by U.S. Senator Judd Gregg, Operation Streetsweeper has been an initiative of the U.S. Attorney’s Office since the late 1990's to combat the trafficking of drugs in New Hampshire’s largest cities. Under the Streetsweeper initiative, the Criminal Division works in close cooperation with the Manchester, Nashua, Concord and Portsmouth Police Departments, the New Hampshire State Police, the N.H. Drug Task Force and the United States Marshals Service to identify, arrest and prosecute significant drug dealers.
