At a press conference on February 7, 2008 and in a memorandum filed in United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York in the matter of United States v. Agate, et al., Docket No. CR 08 – 76, the defendants Todd Polakoff and William Kilgannon were identified as NASCAR employees. This Office has since learned that these defendants were not employed at NASCAR but at a subsidiary of International Speedway Corporation. We regret this error.
