Ms. Hudson graduated with a Bachelor of Music from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro. She pursued her education at the Washington & Lee University receiving her J.D.

She became U.S. Senator John Warner's Legislative Assistant until she joined the Department of Justice as an Attorney-Advisor.
