To assist those chapter 11 subchapter V trustees who do not have access to software that will produce the required data-enabled final report and account, the United States Trustee Program (USTP) developed the Trustee Final Report Generation System (TFRGS). TFRGS is an application that contains a fillable PDF version of final report and account. Using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, trustees can download this form from the USTP Web site, enter the required data, save the files to their PCs, and then upload them to the bankruptcy courts as data-enabled PDF files. For information on how to generate the Subchapter V Final Report and Account, please read Generating a Trustee Final Report Generation System (TFRGS) Form and Chapter 11 Subchapter V Trustee’s Final Report and Account – General Information and Instructions (TFRGS).
