Criminal Division Leadership

Acting Chief Counselor

Brent Wible began serving as Acting Chief Counselor in the Office of the Assistant Attorney General in July of 2023.  In that capacity, Mr. Wible helps lead the Criminal Division and manage the work of the Division's 16 sections and offices.

Deputy Assistant Attorney General

Kevin O. Driscoll began serving as Deputy Assistant Attorney General in June 2019.  In that role, Mr. Driscoll oversees the Criminal Division’s Money Laundering and Asset Recovery Section (MLARS), and the Public Integrity Section (PIN).

Acting Deputy Assistant Attorney General

Josh Goldfoot began serving as Acting Deputy Assistant Attorney General in April 2024.  In that role, Mr. Goldfoot oversees the Criminal Division’s Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section (CEOS) and the Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section (CCIPS).

Deputy Assistant Attorney General

Jennifer A.H. Hodge began serving as Deputy Assistant Attorney General in January 2020.  In that role, Ms. Hodge oversees the Criminal Division’s Office of Enforcement Operations (OEO) and the Narcotic and Dangerous Drug Section (NDDS).

Deputy Assistant Attorney General

Lisa H. Miller began serving as Deputy Assistant Attorney General in October 2021.  In that role, Ms. Miller oversees the Criminal Division’s Fraud and Appellate Sections.

Acting Deputy Assistant Attorney General

David Rody began serving as Acting Deputy Assistant Attorney General in March of 2024.  In that role, Mr. Rody oversees the Criminal Division’s Capital Case Section (CCS), Human Rights and Special Prosecutions Section (HRSP), and Violent Crime and Racketeering Section (VCRS).

Deputy Assistant Attorney General & Counselor for International Affairs

Bruce C. Swartz is a Deputy Assistant Attorney General and Counselor for International Affairs.  In that role, Mr. Swartz oversees the Criminal Division’s Office of International Affairs (OIA), Office of Overseas Prosecutorial Development, Assistance and Training (OPDAT), and the International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP).

Acting Chief of Staff and Counselor

Jeff Izant began serving as Acting Chief of Staff and Counselor in the Office of the Assistant Attorney General in March 2024.  In that capacity, Mr. Izant helps manage the personnel and work of the Division's 16 sections and offices.
