Guidance Issued for Fiscal Year 2011 Annual FOIA Reports

Today we issued guidance for the completion of agency Fiscal Year 2011 Annual FOIA Reports.  This guidance includes instructions on the availability and use of an Excel tool to be used in the creation of agency Annual FOIA Reports. The tool will generate these reports in an open format, which is required by the Open Government Directive, and is used to upload data onto FOIA.gov.  Agency submissions of this report are due to OIP for review by December 5, 2011.
